World Teacher’s Day Celebrated by CUST Students

Teachers are mentors. They inspire, they lead by example, they are a source of strength and support for our community’s most vulnerable. Teachers give the students voices that deserve to be heard, and understood. They develop their student strengths and strengthen their weaknesses, and give them the foundations on which to grow.

To pay the tribute to their beloved teacher and express love and respect, the Tabdeeli Society of the CUST Students, celebrated Teachers Day on October 05, 2017 under the umbrella of VIS Directorate. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mansoor Ahmed, Vice Chancellor CUST and Prof. Dr. Noor Muhammad Khan, HoD, Electrical Engineering graced the event as Chief Guest. The event started with Tilawat e Quran. Opening remarks to the topic were made by Director VIS, Sir Abubakar Siddique. Madam Humaira Aftab and Sir Awais Haider also pay tribute to their respective teachers. Closing remarks were given by our Chief Guest and mentor Prof. Dr. Mohammad Mansoor Ahmed, Vice Chancellor CUST.
