PhD Thesis defence of Mr. Muhammad Haroon of Management Sciences Department was held on Thursday, the 12th October, 2017. The scholar presented his thesis entitled "Impact of Motivating Language on Employees’ Job Performance with Mediation of Job Satisfaction and Affective Commitment". Thesis was supervised by Dr. Aisha Akbar. The examination committee was chaired by Dr. Arshad Hassan, Dean, Faculty of Management and Social Sciences. Other members of the committee included Dr. Sadia Nadeem from FAST-NU, Dr. Saima Naseer from IIU and Dr. Sajid Bashir from Capital University.
