PROFILE SUMMARY

Bushra Sharif completed the MS degree in Software Engineering from the University of Science and Technology(NUST) in 2013 and joined IT industry where she worked at different positions including system Analyst. She is enthusiastic and passionate IT expert having 5+ years of teaching and 8+ years of industry experience. Being System analyst, her responsibilities include interaction with customers or business teams for understanding domain concepts, Creating Detailed Design / Solution document against requirements in the form of SRS, Use Cases and ERD/Database Design, preparing Feasibility Report, GAP Analysis, Project Proposal and Architecture Documents. She Implemented the policies and procedures of different process areas of CMMI Level 2 & 3 & 5. She was member of SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group), where she participated in process improvement activities to continuously improve the processes of software development under CMMI & SCRUM model. She joined International Islamic University in 2011 as visiting faculty, where she taught different SE courses and organized multiple seminars. These year of experience, designing solution for multiple organizations have prepared her to work in a collaborative learning and diverse IT Environment.
