Dr. Saima Nazir has completed her PhD in Software Engineering in 2019 from University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila Pakistan. Her research interests are Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition, Image analysis and Processing, Action and Activity Recognition, Machine Learning. During her PhD, she worked on recognizing human actions in complex and realistic scenarios using Bag of Expressions (BoE) Model. She has also worked as Visiting Research Scholar in Multimedia Vision Group, School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Queen Mary University of London, UK and Cortexica Vision Systems Ltd., London, UK.
