Muhammad Tahir received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from UET Lahore, Pakistan, and the M.S. degree in computer engineering from LUMS, Lahore. He has completed his Ph.D. degree from the Capital University of Science and Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan. He has 15+ years of Academic and R&D experience in video codec’s, code optimization for embedded platforms, image processing, and digital design
