PROFILE SUMMARY

Ms. Mashal Naeem is a master’s graduate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with expertise in Telomere Biology from COMSATS University Islamabad. Previously her bachelors was from Arid Agriculture University with specialization in Nutritional Biochemistry. Soon after her bachelors she has interned at several biosciences labs in well reputed hospitals of the country. Owed to her research experience, she has been honoured to work and collaborate on multiple research projects at Blood Bank, PIMS Hospital Islamabad. Her research interests include Telomere Biology, Cancer Biology, Gut Microbiome and Nutritional Biochemistry. She is a part of several scientific societies nationally and internationally with multiple globally accepted certifications also. She has been serving CUST since September 2022 and is actively involved in academia and research since then.
