Eligibility

Undergraduate Programs

1. The following BS degree programs require a minimum of 50% marks in Intermediate or equivalent with mathematics.

(a) BS Computer Science

(b) BS Software Engineering

(c) BS Artificial Intelligence

(d) BS Cyber Security

(e) BS Mathematics with Data Science

(f) BS Robotics and Intelligent Systems

Note: Candidates who have not studied Mathematics at intermediate level, are eligible to apply and have to pass two deficiency courses of Mathematics (06 Credits), where applicable.

2. The Engineering programs mentioned below require a minimum of 60% marks in Intermediate with Pre-Engineering or equivalent.

(a) BS Electrical Engineering

(b) BS Computer Engineering

(c) BS Mechanical Engineering

(d) BS Civil Engineering

Note: Candidates from the pre-medical group, as well as those from the ICS or equivalent group with the subject combination of Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science, are eligible to apply. Pre-Medical candidates will be required to complete a condensed Mathematics course.

3. Pharm D requires a minimum of 60% marks in Intermediate or equivalent with Pre-Medical Group.

4. The programs mentioned below require a minimum of 45% marks in Intermediate or equivalent.

(a) BBA

(b) BS Business Analytics

(c) BS Aviation Management

(d) BS Accounting & Finance

(e) BS Psychology

(f) BS English

(g) Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

5. BS Medical Laboratory Technology requires a minimum of 50% marks in Intermediate or equivalent with Pre-Medical.

6. BS Biotechnology program requires a minimum of 45% marks in Intermediate or equivalent with Pre-Medical.

7. The following Associate Degree Programs require a minimum of 45% marks in Intermediate or equivalent.

(a) ADP Business Administration

(b) ADP Accounting and Finance

(c) ADP Computer Science

Note: Candidates desirous of joining ADP in Computer Science must have studied Mathematics at the intermediate level.

Graduate / Master Programs

1. Admission to Master degree programs requires a 16-year degree in the relevant field. The relevance of the qualification shall be determined by the University.

2. Admission in PhD programs requires an MS degree in the relevant field, as determined by the University.

Additionally, a PhD Applicant is required to submit a statement of purpose along with the application that at least, include:

(a) Title of the potential research proposal

(b) Clear articulation of the current understanding of the intended field and ideas for potential research

(c) Explanation of the intended impact of the proposed research

(d) The prospective candidates shall demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the area of research.

Note: The maximum Age to apply for PhD Programs is 40 years.
