Dr. Muhammad Zohaib Iqbal completed his BS and MS in computer science from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (now CUST), in 2004 and 2006 respectively. Later he obtained PhD from University of Oslo, Norway, in 2012. Currently, he is Director of FAST-NU Islamabad Campus, and an Associate Professor. During his PhD, he was a researcher at Simula Research Lab, Norway. Before that, he was a Lecturer at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, and at International Islamic University. His research interests are in model driven engineering, software testing, and empirical software engineering.

Dr. Sheheryar Malik completed his BS and MS in computer science from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (now CUST), in 2002 and 2004 respectively. Later he obtained PhD from Universite Nice, Sophia Antipolis, France, in 2012. Currently, he is Director and Professor at Riphah School of Computing and Innovation at Riphah International University, Lahore Campus. Before that, he was Dean, Faculty of Computer Science & IT at Superior University, Lahore.

Dr. Imran completed his Master of Science in Computer Science degree with a distinction from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (now the Capital University of Science and Technology), Islamabad in 2007. Dr. Imran received his PhD in computer science from the University of Trento in 2013. He then joined Qatar Computing Research Institute (QCRI) as a Postdoctoral research. Currently he is a Senior Scientist and Lead of the Crisis Computing team at QCRI. His interdisciplinary research focuses on natural language processing, social computing, applied machine learning, human-computer interaction, and stream processing areas. Dr. Imran has published over 80 research papers in top-tier international conferences and journals including ACL, SIGIR, IJHCI, ICWSM, and WWW. Four of his papers received the “Best Paper Award” and two “Best Paper Runner-up Award.”

Dr. Musstanser Tinauli completed his BS in computer science from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (now CUST), in 2003. Later, he did his Masters in document security from Multimedia University in 2006, and PhD in industrial design & multimedia communications from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, in 2010. During and after his graduate studies, he worked as a researcher at world class universities and labs, such as University of Sydney, Australia, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA, and Simula Research Lab, Norway. He has also been an Assistant Professor at Al-Qassim University, Saudi Arabia. In 2014, he created his own startup named Fori Inc. whose flagship product Fori Mazdoori won several national and international awards. Fori Mazdoori is a platform that connects blue-collar workers to their clients. Dr. Tinauli is the CEO of Fori Inc.

Dr. Zille Huma completed her BS Computer and MS Science degree from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (now CUST), Islamabad in 2002 and 2004 respectively. Then she completed her Doctorate in the area of Software Engineering from University of Paderborn, Germany. She has worked as a key team member on international software development projects with multiple leading companies including Microsoft Research Center, Germany. Currently she is working as
Software Architect at Corporate Research & Development – IT Solutions, Krones AG, Regenstauf, Bavaria, Germany

Umer completed his Bachelor of Computer Science from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Islamabad Campus, Islamabad in 2002. He is currently working as Senior Software Engineer in Volkswagen of America, Inc, Washington, United States of America. Prior to his current position, he has worked for Microsoft, Intel, Teradyne and Elixir Technologies where he received special recognition for product development contributions in different domains. He has been the founding member of a startup and a contributor to SMB ventures where he has been involved in all aspects of business operations, product marketing and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Adnan Shah completed his BS and MS in computer science from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (now CUST), in 2005 and 2007 respectively. He worked in the software industry at senior level positions for several years. He also worked as a Lecturer at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University for over 3 years. Currently, he is Professional Services Consultant at Teradata Pakistan. He is also working with Telenor Sweden as Solution Architect.

Mr. Anas Zafar completed his BS in computer science from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (now CUST), in 2005. He worked in the software industry at various mid to senior level positions for over 6 years. Later, he moved to financial industry, where he worked with SNL Financial and S&P. Currently, he is Associate Director (Software Engineering) at S&P Global based in New York City, New York.

Mr. Atif Amin Rana completed his BS in computer science from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (now CUST), in 2012. After completing his degree, he worked in the software industry at various positions. In 2019, he turned into an entrepreneur and started his own software house named Guava Bits (Pvt) Ltd. Currently, he is the Chief Executive of Guava Bits.

Mr. Malik Sami completed his BS in computer science from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (now CUST), in 2008, and MS in Information Technology from NUST in 2015. After completion of his Bachelor’s degree, he joined LMKR and later moved to the telecom industry where he first worked at Telenor Pakistan and then Zong CMPak. Currently, he is working as Head of IT Planning & Implementation – MFS PayMax at Zong CMPak Ltd
