TRANSCRIPT
A transcript is an official document issued by the university that provides a detailed record of a student’s academic performance.
(a) Student credentials including Name on the Transcript as per Matriculation Certificate or equivalent.
(b) Degree Program.
(c) Grades obtained in courses along with earned credit hours.
(d) Semester GPAs along with overall CGPA.
(e) Degree/Program status (completed/incomplete).
(f) Relevant authentication/QR Code.
TRANSCRIPT ISSUANCE PROCESS
The issuance process refers to the steps followed by the University to prepare, verify, and deliver a transcript upon student request.
(a) Verification of student records.
(b) Approval by the concerned department.
(c) Printing or generating the document on security paper.
(d) Attestation or stamping/embossing.
The transcript request form must be completely filled. Incomplete forms will not be entertained.
Program completion transcripts are issued after 03 weeks of final result notification. Urgent transcripts can be requested earlier with a fee of Rs. 2,000/-.
TRANSCRIPT FEE
(a) Graduation/Final Transcript – No fee is charged.
(b) Additional copy of program completion transcript – Rs. 1,000 per transcript (same day issuance).
(c) Program incomplete transcript – Rs. 1,000 (same day issuance).
DEGREE
A degree is an academic qualification awarded to students who have successfully completed a prescribed course of study.
(a) Bachelor’s Degree (Undergraduate level).
(b) Master’s Degree (Graduate level).
(c) Doctoral Degree (PhD – highest academic level).
Degrees are issued after approval by the concerned authority and completion of all program requirements. Students must submit attested copies of previous degrees from HEC/IBCC/Board as applicable.
MODE OF RECEIVING DEGREE
(a) In Person: The graduate may collect the degree personally or authorize someone with a CNIC copy and authority letter.
(b) Through Courier: Degree can be requested via email with a valid address and registered email ID.
URGENT DEGREE
(a) Students can apply via email after receiving final transcript.
(b) Application form must be typed, signed, and submitted in PDF format.
(c) Fee challan is issued within 24 working hours.
(d) Degree is issued within one week after completing requirements.
REVISED DEGREE
(a) Applicable in case of name correction with valid documents.
(b) Application with supporting documents is required.
(c) Revised and urgent degree fees must be paid.
(d) Processing time is 2–3 weeks after approval.
(e) Degree is issued within one week after final approval.
DUPLICATE DEGREE
In case of loss or misplacement, a duplicate degree can be issued upon submission of required documents and fee.
(a) Photocopy of lost degree.
(b) FIR from concerned police station.
(c) Notarized affidavit explaining loss.
(d) Newspaper advertisement of loss.
(e) Copy of program completion transcript.
(f) Payment receipt.
(g) Copy of CNIC.
PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE
A Provisional Certificate is an official document issued by the University to the graduates who are awaiting issuance of their degrees.
Purpose:
It serves as proof of completion of the degree program and can be used for employment, higher studies, or visa applications in lieu of a degree.
Issuance Process:
(a) For issuance, the graduate should apply on a prescribed form and submit the duly filled proforma along with the requisite fee at the examination department.
(b) It is prepared and issued within 24 hours after submission of the required documents, provided the degree completion status is already received from the respective department.
