CUST Launches Mentorship Program for Universities (MPU) Cohort II

Capital University of Science and Technology under the auspices of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan, through the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), launched the Mentoring Program for Universities (MPU) Cohort II. It is a national initiative designed to strengthen professional development, leadership capacity, and career growth of university leadership and faculty. The Vice-Chancellor inaugurated the MPU Cohort II. He appreciated the MPU Committee on the successful completion of Cohort I. In his inaugural address, he encouraged the faculty members to share their experiences with the newly inducted faculty and staff in an informal setting. In PMU Cohort II, 9 modules, covering multiple perspectives of personal and professional growth, have been offered. Ten experienced faculty members opted for the role of mentors and 40 faculty members, admin and lab staff joined the program.
