


Dr. M. Mansoor Ahmed
Dr. Ahmed completed the PhD degree in Microelectronics from the University of Cambridge, U.K., in 1995, and joined academia where he worked at different positions including Professor; Chairman; Dean; Executive Vice President and Vice Chancellor. Dr. Ahmed research interests are in Microelectronics and RF Engineering. He has supervised numerous MS and PhD research projects. He authored 160+ research papers and his ISI research impact factor is 150+ with citation index over 1480+. Dr. Ahmed is a fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), UK.; a Chartered Engineer (CEng) from the UK Engineering Council and holds the title of European Engineer (Eur Ing) from the European Federation of National Engineering Association (FEANI), Brussels. He is a life member of PEC (Pak); IEEE EDS and IEEE MTTS (USA).

Dr. Imtiaz Ahmad Taj received Ph.D. degree from Hokkaido University, Japan, in 2001. He is presently serving as Professor and Dean FoE at Capital University of Science and Technology, Islamabad and supervising research group of Vision and Pattern Recognition Systems. He has authored and co-authored 50+ research publications of international repute. He has supervised six Ph.D. dissertations in the fields of computer vision, pattern recognition and biometrics.

Noor M. Khan (Senior Member, IEEE) was born in Pakistan, in 1973. He received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan, in 1998, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, in 2007. He is currently a Professor and the Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Capital University of Science and Technology (CUST), Islamabad, Pakistan. His research interests include smart antenna systems, radar signal processing, adaptive multiuser detection, mobile-to-mobile communications, wireless sensor networks, the airborne Internet access, channel characterization and estimation, and physical channel modeling for mobile communications. He has supervised the research work of eight Ph.D. and more than 40 M.S. students. He was awarded Research Productivity Award (RPA) by the Pakistan Council for Science and Technology (PCST), from 2011 to 2012.

Dr. M. Ashraf
• Muhammad Ashraf received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan, in 1988, the M.S. degree in systems engineering from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 1989, and the Ph.D. degree in systems engineering from the University of Liverpool, Liver pool, U.K., in 1995. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Capital University of Science and Technology, Islamabad. Mr. Inam Elahi is an M. Phil in English Linguistics, Master in English Literature, PGD in TEFL, Certified in UbD, a skilled & experienced faculty member of EE Department. Engr. Muhammad Waleed Farooq (Member, IEEE) was born in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
