Muhammad Mahabat Khan (Dr.) is a Professor and Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Capital University of Science and Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan. He obtained a Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in Computational Fluid Dynamics from Ecole Centrale de Lyon, France. He has served as an Advanced Development Engineer in the Systems Engineering division at Continental Automotive in France, where he played a key role in developing a cutting-edge high-pressure gasoline direct injection system. He has also worked as a Research Scholar in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Leeds, UK. He has authored numerous WOS-indexed journal articles and serves as a reviewer for several international journals. He is also a member (Asia) of the International Conference on Liquid Atomization & Spray Systems (ICALSS). His research interests include Heat Transfer Augmentation, Latent Thermal Energy Storage Systems, Phase Change Materials, Fluidic Oscillators, Renewable Energy, Multi-Phase Flows, CFD, Engine Sprays, and Turbulent Flows.
