Islamic Studies/Ethics (HMME1012)

This course has been designed as a compulsory subject for the students of Bachelor’s degree program. The course has 2 credit hours and carrying 100 marks. This course introduces about principles of recitation of Holy Quran and provides sufficient knowledge on faith & pillars of Islam than systems of Islam. The main objective of this course is to enhance knowledge of the students on Islam and their character building.

CLO-1: Understand basic concept of Islam (faith, pillars and systems etc.) and express their impact on society. (C2)
CLO-2: Present Islam as complete code of life and demonstrate understanding of Islamic Ethics (C3)
CLO-3: Demonstrate the difference between religion, shahri’ah and fiqah (C3)
