COURSE OBJECTIVES
This course discusses the principles and procedures of Biosafety and its importance as scientist.various disciplines, standards, levels and applications of the Biosafety concepts will also be discussed. In second stage the ethical controversies that arise in biology and medicine. The course will also emphasize on how the process by which modern research is done creates pressures that can lead to scientific frauds. Ethical questions that have been generated by the modern biotechnologies will be discussed as well.
