Introduction to Computing Lab (CSB1111)

This course “introduction to computing lab” is designed to develop basic to advance level computer skills in students coming from any field of study. It aims to provide students with an understanding of the role computation can play in solving problems of their field of study. It also aims to help students, regardless of their major, to feel justifiably confident of their ability to use computer systems to accomplish their goals. These skills will be developed by practical lab sessions, interactive class lectures, assignments and projects.

CLO: 1. To use computers with all the basic understanding of computer system
CLO: 2. Become familiarized with different application software and practical use of MS Office suite programs
CLO: 3. Designing websites and use of photo editor software for different designing purposes
