Seminar On Entrepreneurship for Engineers

On October 09, 2023, enthusiastic minds gathered at Capital University of Science and Technology for a transformative seminar on “Entrepreneurship for Engineers.” Hosted by CUST ASHRAE Student Branch and Al-Mohandis Student Society, the event featured dynamic insights from Engr. Jawad Janjua, Director Operations of Al-Qawi Industries. From emphasizing the right talent for the job and innovative startup practices to advocating for “Made in Pakistan,” attendees delved into the core of entrepreneurial success. Engr. Janjua’s groundbreaking initiative, “Shaaoor,” connecting students with industry expertise, was particularly inspiring, leading to over 80 students securing jobs post-graduation. The seminar concluded with heartfelt thanks to the speaker, interactive students receiving rewards, and lively discussions among faculty members, marking a significant step toward fostering innovation and knowledge exchange at CUST.
