Cricket Tournament Organized by CUST

Software Engineering Society of the CUST has organized cricket tournament on 3rd December, 2018 under supervision of Mr. Samir Obaid and Mr. Syed Awais Haider. The students of CUST from different faculties: Faculty of Computing, Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Management Sciences participated in the tournament. The event lasted for 5 days and students participated in double wicket and 8 sided matches. There were total 50 teams in the event where 40 teams participated in double wicket and 10 teams participated in 8-sided match. The event successfully ended on 7th December, 2018 and award distribution ceremony was held on 11, December, 2018. Dr. Aamer Nadeem, Head of Software Engineering program, was invited as Chief Guest of the ceremony. He addressed the students and distributed trophies, certificates and cash prizes to the winners, runners-ups, best players and organizers of the event.
