QEC Holds a Session on Change Management During COVID-19 Pandemic
We are consistently bombarded by change during this time of COVID 19 pandemic. This compels us to learn to navigate and deal with the rapidly changing world around us. Therefore, a training session for faculty was conducted by Quality Enhancement Cell on December 30, 2020. Trainer of the session Dr. Sabahat Haqqani developed an understanding on how change affects people, and the strategies we can use to preserve a meaningful connection between our yesterday, today and tomorrow through developing the core competency of change management. The training session was effective as it gave an opportunity to reflect on what we are going through and how to develop a vision of professional and personal life during COVID – 19.
Faculty members from all the departments of the university participated in the session. It was an interactive session, where the trainer addressed various questions of participants. At the end of the session, Dean QEC, Dr. Amir Qayyum thanked Dr. Haqqani and appreciated her efforts for delivering an effective training on the subject that is need of the hour.
