Capital University Hosted Webinar on Career development and Personal Statement Writing

The Faculty of Pharmacy, Capital University of Science & Technology, organized a webinar entitled “Career development and Personal Statement Writing” on Saturday, April 17, 2021. Pharm.D students and faculty members participated in this webinar through MS teams.
Dr. Ayaz Khan, MRI scientist at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis TN, USA, and a career counselor was invited as guest speaker for the talk. Dr. Muzaffar Abbas, Dean Faculty of Pharmacy, welcomed and introduced the guest speaker to the attendees of the webinar.
Dr. Ayaz Khan outlined various aspects of Career development and personal statement writing as integral parts of the application process for applying to different international scholarships worldwide. He guided and counseled the students in a very comprehensive way.
In the question-answer session, faculty members and students participated actively and shared their thoughts about the topic. Faculty members and students highly acknowledged and thanked the guest speaker for the wonderful and inspiring talk. Dr. Muzaffar Abbas concluded the session with thanks to the guest speaker and attendees.
