Capital University Arranged a Session on “Be Strategic in the Midst Of Conflict”

Department of Management Science arrange a seminar on “Be Strategic In The Midst Of Conflict” on 15th December 2021 & the guest speaker at a seminar was Dr. Sundas Azeem (Lecturer, SZABIST, Islamabad). she is a teacher, trainer, researcher and currently teaching at SZABIST, Islamabad & having a rich 6 years of teaching experience. Her teaching areas include human behavior at the workplace, psychology, and management. she supervises thesis in similar domains. She is a novice researcher in areas of attributions, impression management, and workplace politics. She is also a regular reviewer for various international journals and conferences.

This seminar is going to be a great opportunity to enhance students’ knowledge & skills regarding Conflict Management. Conflict is a very integral part of life and students must know about how to manage conflict in their Professional & Personal life. The Thematic Focus of the seminar is to Developing Personal Communication Skills, Managing Conflict, Confidence Building, Self-Assessment, Understanding Others’ styles, and Effective Communication.

Closing remarks were given by our Chief guest Dr. Lakhi Muhammad, HOD Management Sciences Program, and presented the souvenir to the guest.
