Dr. Arshad Hassan is Professor of finance with consulting, research and teaching experiences in corporate reporting, corporate finance, portfolio management and financial risk management.Dr. Hassan is certified cost and management accountant and has 10 years of experience of working as professional accountant / auditor in public as well as private sector. He also holds membership of various professional bodies in accounting and finance.He is member of faculty board/Research Board of many prestigious institutions. Dr. Hassan’s research and writings covers a variety of topics ranging from asset pricing to Islamic Finance. He has more than 20 papers published in refereed academic journals to his credit.He has also presented number of research paper at academic /professional conferences in Pakistan, Turkey and USA. He is on editorial boards of various local and international indexed journals.
Dr. Ansir A. Rajput
Dr. Rajput holds Ph.D. – Entrepreneurship, MBA – Entrepreneurship & Marketing (Babson College, USA: No. 1 in MBA Entrepreneurship) and BSEE, SUNY at Buffalo, USA. Dr. Rajput was the founding entrepreneur of Personalized Gifts, USA (1993-1997). Upon completing his MBA, he relocated to Pakistan and joined System Research Private Limited, Islamabad as Director Marketing (1997-1998). He switched to academia and became Program Coordinator, MBA Programs, Hamdard University. (1998-1999). Later on, he joined Mohammad Ali Jinnah University-MAJU as Program Coordinator, MBA Programs and was promoted as Program Manager and Associate Professor (1999-2007) and later he headed the department of Management and Social Sciences (2007-2010). Currently, he is Associated Professor, Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and Head, Entrepreneurship Development Center at Capital University of Science and Technology. Dr. Rajput has 20+ years of teaching & training, coaching & mentoring, consulting & venture creation, branding and communications and management and strategic Planning. He is renowned professor, trainer and consultant in the areas of: Entrepreneurship, Social and SME Planning and Development. Dr. S. M. Mehdi Raza
Dr. Sayyed Muhammad Mehdi Raza Naqvi holds Ph.D. – in Management Sciences (Muhammad Ali Jinnah University, Islamabad), Masters in Economics ( Punjab University Lahore) – with Majors in Econometrics and Human Capital Planning. Bachelors of Arts (Government Sadiq Egerton College Bahawalpur) with Majors in Statistics and Economics. He joined academia since 1992 and served Punjab Group of Colleges for fourteen years (1992-2006). Later on, he joined Mohammad Ali Jinnah University-MAJU as Assistant professor and Program Coordinator of MS and PhD Programs and later on was promoted as Associate Professor (2006-2014). Currently, he is Associate Professor, Department of Management Sciences, and Editor In-Chief Jinnah Business Review, a research journal of Faculty of Management and Social Sciences at Capital University of Science and Technology. Dr. Sayyed Muhammad Mehdi Raza Naqvi has 29 years of teaching, research, training, coaching & mentoring, consulting, management and strategic Planning experience. He is renowned professor, trainer and consultant in the areas of: Strategic Management, Research Methodology, Conflict and Negotiation and Organization Theory. Dr. M. Ishfaq Khan

To prepare adequately for a teaching career, I have completed my PhD in Management Sciences and MS in Management Sciences from COMSATS, Islamabad. Before this, I have completed my Master of Business Administration from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Islamabad Campus. Furthermore, I have completed Post Graduate Diploma in computer sciences from International Islamic University, Islamabad. Dr. Ahsan M. Ahmed
Enthusiastic, energetic and motivated professional with track record of almost 6.5 years teaching experience & 4 years of overseas experience in the areas of Human Resources and Administration as well as Customer Services. Proven ability in providing personnel and administrative support, organizing responsibilities and handling HR roles. Mr. Nasir Rasool
Mr. Nasir Rasool has 20 an experience of over 20 years. That includes teaching experience 17 years and corporate experience of 3 years. He has supervised a large number of research studies during his teaching career. His corporate experience includes a solid training and consultancy exposure in Pakistan as well as in Afghanistan and Sri Lanka. He has worked with national and international social sector organizations and delivered trainings in all areas of management. He has also worked with different organizations as a consultant and helped them in developing their financial systems.
Dr. M. Saboor Ahmed
Over the past few years, I have developed a great interest in computer science, software development, and the IT industry. However, my motivation for studying computer science took shape from very early on, when elementary school introduced me to computers. The novelty, rapid pace of change, precision and different approach to information of computer science deepened my interest in this field, leading me towards pursuing this subject in my university studies.

Miss Rabia Habib completed the MS degree in Finance & Business Management from the University of Bedfordshire, U.K., in 2013, and joined academia where she has worked as Lecturer since Sept. 2014. Her area of interests are Psychological biases in financial investment behaviour, Applying behavioral finance to asset allocation, Analyst recommendation and corporate failure, Greed and fear in the stock market and Limit to Arbitrage Theory. Miss Rabia’s degrees in Business has enabled her to develop analytical/logical approach to tasks and aptitude to work under pressure. Ms. Maria Mashkoor is Assistant Professor and also currently a PhD Scholar at CUST, working on her Thesis in the field of HRM. Dr. Shazia Faiz
Dr. Shazia Faiz completed her PhD degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Capital University of Science & Technology Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2017. She joined Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi as Assistant Professor (October 2018-September 2019). Currently she is working as Assistant Professor in Capital University of Science & Technology Islamabad, Pakistan. Her research interests are Perceived Organizational Politics, Leadership, Spiritual Intelligence and Workplace Attitudes & Behaviors (e.g., Incivility, Creativity).
Mr. M. Irfan Mustafa
A Lecturer at Capital University of Science and Technology, and a Project Management Professional/Consultant, Mr. Muhammad Irfan Mustafa has done his MS in Project Management from Capital University of Science and Technology, Islamabad and Software Engineering from the UK. He is currently a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), Association for Project Management (APM), a Professional Member of British Computing Society (BCS) and an Associate member of Association of Business Executives (ABE) UK. He has worked on various successful projects for well-known organisations including AIRBUS UK, e-ID UK, Orange UK, AX Pulse and KAISPE. He is a trainer for Oracle’s Primavera P6 Professional and Oracle’s Primavera Risk Analysis. His research interest is in Project Stakeholder Management, Project Risk Management, Requirements Engineering, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT). He is also a member of British Parachute Association and actively involved in backpacking & hiking.

Mr. S. Faraz Ali Shah
Sayed Faraz Ali Shah, holds MS- Sales & Marketing from SZABIST Islamabad, MBA – Marketing from University of Sindh, Advance Diploma in Leadership and Business Development from Canberra Institute of Technology Australia and Certified Train The Trainer from Skill City South Asia. He joined academia at CUST as full time Senior Lecture for Sales and Marketing. Prior to that He had worked in various sectors of Industry from Retail, Distribution, Marketing, Construction, Supply Chain, Training & Development that consist of twenty-three years of professional experience. During his Industry engagement, Mr. Faraz has also taught in leading Universities of Pakistan as Visiting Faculty like IBA Karachi, SZABIST, IBA Sukkur, Bahria University Islamabad, International Islamic University etc. Mr. Faraz has an exposure of working in Pakistani and overseas markets (Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Turkia, Australia, New Zealand, United States) resulting in hands on experience in all channels of Management Science. Ms. Javeria Khalid has 10 years of working experience in different organizations like USAID, Deloitte, SZABIST and NUMS. She has done double Masters Gold Medalist in M.phill Management Sciences; She is a ‘Certified Lead Auditor of ISO 9001:2015 (QMS). She has extensive experience in managing training, administrative work and human resource affairs gained over relatively a short span of time through commitment under thoughtful supervisors. She has a proven record of accomplishment in administration; human resource; quality control; and auditing of quality management systems. She is very well conversant with management procedures and affairs combined with an energetic personality; and good interpersonal & human skills, she also possesses experience in teaching undergraduate/Master’s programs as a visiting faculty in different institutions in Islamabad.

Dr. Sabahat Haqqani
Sabahat Haqqani graduated with a silver medal in M.Sc. Behavioral Sciences from Fatima Jinnah Women University, Pakistan (FJWU) in 2009. She was awarded HEC faculty development scholarship to complete PhD in Clinical Psychology from The University of Edinburgh, UK. She is practicing academician, researcher and clinical psychologist. She served as a lecturer at FJWU from 2010 to 2019 and joined Capital University of Science and Technology in September 2019 as an Assistant Professor. Since 2021, she is working as Head of Psychology Department. She is also In-charge of Wellbeing and Daycare Centres at the university. She has been involved in conducting psychological assessment, psychotherapy/ counselling and clinical trainings and supervision in school, college, special education, university, hospital, and private clinical settings. She is currently working on several funded and non-funded projects including development of intervention for depression, anxiety and stress, and psychological assessment tools. She has taught wide range of courses including counselling and psychotherapy, statistical analyses, research methodology, psychological assessment, experimental psychology and ethics. Her research interests include self-harm, suicide, interpersonal relationships, marital satisfaction, designing interventions for mental health concerns of youth, women and elderly, and designing behavioral insight interventions for traffic management, agriculture and mental health.

Dr. Ishrat completed her PhD degree in Clinical Psychology from the Department of Psychology, University of Peshawar, in 2015, and joined academia where she worked at different Universities as Assistant Professor in Psychology. Dr. Ishrat’s research interests are in the areas of mental health, Psychological assessment, developmental psychology, and Clinical and health psychology. She has supervised psychology undergraduate students in their research projects. He is a Senior Lecturer. CDA of Print Media in Pakistan is his research work. From the University of the Punjab, he did his Master in English Literature and earned a degree of M. Phil from UOL. He has a vast experience in teaching at Graduate & under graduate levels. As VFM (visiting faculty member) he taught in different universities in Islamabad. Inam attended international conferences on Education in USA & India. He is also Certified in Instructional Leadership from College of Education Amherst, University of Massachusetts USA where he completed his Understanding by Design (UbD), a curriculum development program. Inam is also expert at backward designing.

Dr. M. Umar Farooq
I am a PhD in Applied Linguistics with specialization in CALL, teacher development and open & distance learning. I have 30 years teaching experience at university level in Pakistan and abroad. I have published three books and more than 40 articles in international and Pakistani research journals. I have been an active member of many organizations like Higher Education Commission Pakistan, National Committee on English Pakistan, Society of Pakistan English Language Teachers, TESOL Arabia, KSA Association of Language Teachers, etc. I have organized and presented at various ELT conferences in Pakistan and abroad. At Taif University, I, as head of the PD Unit, have introduced and supervised MA TESOL program, professional development activities (online and onsite) in collaboration with international publishers/organizations, quality assurance, etc. At Allama Iqbal Open University, I, as HoD, initiated several academic and professional activities including revision of courses, course outlines for MS and PhD programs, professional development activities in collaboration with RELO USA, launching of an ELT journal, online/onsite English language courses, etc.
Ms. Asma Naz
I am currently working at the position of a Lecturer at C.U.S.T., Islamabad. I am responsible to teach a multitude of courses to the students of varying disciplines such BS Computer Sciences, BS Software Engineering and BS Bio Informatics and Bio Sciences. I have also taught to the students of MSC Linguistics at Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. My teaching assignments have included courses of Functional English, Communication Skills, Technical Report Writing, Academic Writing, Phonetics & Phonology. As an instructor, I believe in developing life-long learners of language. I employ a pragmatic approach of meeting students at their level and moving them into the zone of proximal development through scaffolding. Additionally, I’m performing the responsibilities of Course Coordinator of Communication Skills, Report Writer of different events at departmental level, and also advisor of a particular Batch of BSE at this institution. Aside from teaching assignments, I am also required to train students for various writing competitions such as essay and story writing. I have also trained many students for debates and speeches.

Uzma Arshad completed the MPhil in Linguistics from the University of University of AJ&K Muzaffarabad 2006, and joined academia where she worked at different universities including NUML; Bahria University, Quaid -e- Azam university Islamabad. Uzma Arshad research interests are in Phonetics and Phonology, code Switching and Corpus Linguistics. She has supervised numerous BS research articles to the students of BS program at NUML Islamabad. She got souvenir from different Colleges of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

She started her career as an English Teacher and Subject Specialist at Siddeeq Public School in Rawalpindi. She has worked at Fazaia Inter College Nur khan for eleven years. She has worked as an English News Caster in Radio Pakistan, Islamabad. Her areas of interest in research are; Translation Studies, Feminism, Discourse Analysis, Literary Theories and Bilingualism.
