PROFILE SUMMARY

Dr. Nida Zahid Kayani, secured the Ph.D degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Bahria University, Islamabad, in 2022. From September 2023 to September 2024, she taught undergraduates in the capacity of visiting faculty at Bahria University, Islamabad and from September 2024 to September 2025 at Capital University of Science and Technology (CUST), Islamabad. She is currently working as an assistant professor at Capital University of Science & Technology Islamabad, Pakistan. Her areas of interest in research include knowledge-management, strategic management, leadership, employee-engagement, appraisal politics, organizational citizenship behavior, organizational culture, ethical leadership, corporate social responsibility, innovation, organizational human resource practices, work-life balance, perceived organizational support, women in entrepreneurial ventures, emotional quotient, intelligence quotient, employee-creativity, job-satisfaction and organizational performance. Dr. Kayani has a 3-year corporate experience mainly in recruitment and selection, employee-appraisals, compensation and payroll and training and development.
