PROFILE SUMMARY

Dr. Siraj has blend of experience both from academia and IT industry. He completed his Master of Computer Science in 2001 from University of Arid Agriculture Rawalpindi. Then he started his professional career and served as a software engineer at Pakistan International Computer Limited (PICL). He contributed in various software development projects at PICL. Meanwhile he also enrolled in MS Computer Engineering program at Center for Advanced Studies in Engineering (CASE, UET Taxila) and completed degree in 2005. After that, Dr. Rathore started his academic career as a faculty member at UET Taxila. Later he joined KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden as a PhD student. At KTH, he worked at networked systems laboratory and actively participated in international ICT research projects. He also served as a consultant at Ericsson Stockholm. He came back to Pakistan in 2019 and joined Barani Institute of Information Technology Rawalpindi as an Assistant Professor. Currently he is working as an Assistant Professor at Capital University of Science and Technology. He is the member of Advanced Network and Security research group and published several research articles in the prestigious international journals and conferences.
