My first professional achievement that I was blessed with winning HEC Indigenous Scholarship for Ph.D in year 2004 right after completion of M.Sc. (Hons.). In year 2005, I joined a financial institution and the job was culminated when I won HEC UESTP Scholarship that provided me an opportunity to have access to high-Tech labs of France. I worked on two projects titled “Biovailability of alpha casozepine using Caco2 cell lines” and “Impact of tight junction proteins on differentiation and proliferation of placental cells using Bewo and Jeg cell lines”. I was much fascinated when I won Chinese Government Scholarship to accomplish my highest ambition of PhD in China where I worked on a novel lactic acid producing strain Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens ZW3 and its impact on structural and textural attributes, fermentation, lipolytic and proteolytic profile of milk proteins and lipids.

I established Department of Human Nutrition and Dietetics, School of Food and Agricultural Sciences at University of Management and Technology. The Department was formally approved from University of Management and Technology Academic Council in 2020. The Department is planning to conduct formal accreditation visit of National Agriculture Education Accreditation Council. The Department is in process of getting MoUs between different academic institutions as well as different food processing industries. I was the part of the team who designed new and well managed curriculum of BS Food Human Nutrition and Dietetics, BS Food Safety and Quality Management and MS Human Nutrition and Dietetics. The new curriculum meets the demand of growing economy of Pakistan and well as industrial needs. The curriculum is integrated with different Agriculture oriented subjects that trains the young force with basic agriculture, human health and nutrition, food processing and quality judging tools and expertise. Recently, I got NOC to run Ph.D Human Nutrition from HEC, Pakistan. I have been the part of different statutory bodies including BOS, BOF and ACM of the university. I have been involved in presiding the committee that dealt with the completion of necessary documentation regarding the NAEAC visit and later on successfully conducted the NAEAC visit.
