PROFILE SUMMARY

Dr. Muhammad Awais Shahid received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Air University, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2015, 2017, and 2024, respectively. He has been with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Air University, Islamabad, since 2016 and served there until 2025. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Capital University of Science & Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan. His research interests include cyber-physical systems, cybersecurity, smart grid technologies, and machine learning. He has published research articles in peer-reviewed international journals.
