PROFILE SUMMARY

Dr. Zunnoorain Khan is an accomplished academic leader, Associate Professor, and National Certified Reviewer in Quality Assurance, recognized for his significant contributions to academic standards, accreditation processes, and institutional improvement in Pakistan’s higher education sector. With deep expertise in quality assurance frameworks, program evaluation, and academic management, he plays a leading role in strengthening institutional performance and compliance with national and international standards. He previously served as the Director of Quality Assurance at City University of Science & Information Technology, Peshawar, where he led accreditation initiatives, implemented outcome-based education (OBE), trained faculty across departments, and supervised self-assessment reports for 44 academic programs. He has also designed complete schemes of studies for Marketing and Management programs and contributed to strategic planning and organizational development. Currently, he is serving at the Capital University of Science & Technology (CUST), Islamabad, where he contributes to teaching, quality assurance, research development, and academic leadership. He also serves as an Associate Editor for a Business Management journal, further supporting scholarly excellence and research quality. His research interests include organizational ambidexterity, organizational innovation, resilience, and consumer behavior, supported by published work in areas such as visual merchandising, impulse buying behavior, and augmented reality–based consumer decision-making.
